All subscription fees paid to StreamIt.Church are final and non-refundable. When you subscribe to a plan, you are purchasing access to the platform for the duration of your billing period (monthly or annual). We do not provide full or partial refunds for any subscription fees already charged, including in cases where you choose to cancel before the end of your billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active and fully functional through the end of your current billing period. After that period ends, your account will revert to a limited state, and your content will be preserved for 90 days in case you choose to resubscribe.
Applying to StreamIt.Church is free. Your selected subscription plan activates and billing begins upon approval. We do not offer trial periods. If you are unsatisfied after your first month, you may request a refund within 30 days of your first payment.
Storage and bandwidth add-ons are recurring monthly charges that are added to your existing subscription. Each add-on costs $149/mo and will continue to be billed each month until you remove it from your Settings page. The first charge is prorated for the current billing period. Add-on charges are non-refundable for any period in which the add-on was active.
Fees for other add-on services, including but not limited to custom mobile applications, featured placements, and professional services, are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge at hello@streamit.church. We will review your account and, if an error is confirmed, promptly issue a correction.
