Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you cancel or downgrade mid-cycle, your current plan stays active through the end of that billing period, but we don't issue partial refunds for the remaining days. You always get to use what you've paid for.
A typical 30-minute sermon recorded at 1080p is about 500 MB to 1 GB. On the Starter plan (25 GB), that's roughly 25–50 sermons. Growth (200 GB) holds 200–400 sermons, and Pro (1 TB) holds 1,000+. We also support 4K uploads, but those files are significantly larger (2–4 GB per 30 minutes) and will use your storage faster.
Storage includes your uploaded video files. Thumbnails, logos, and member data don't count toward your storage limit.
You'll see a notification in your dashboard. Your existing content stays live, but you won't be able to upload new videos until you upgrade, free up space, or purchase additional storage.
Bandwidth resets monthly. If you hit your limit mid-month, your videos will be temporarily unavailable to viewers until the next billing cycle. You can also set a max streaming quality in your admin settings to stretch your bandwidth further (for example, capping at 720p instead of 1080p roughly doubles the views you can serve). You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional bandwidth at any time to avoid interruptions.
Yes! You can purchase storage & bandwidth add-ons directly from your Settings page under Billing. Each add-on provides +1 TB storage and +2 TB bandwidth for $149/mo, billed as a recurring monthly charge on your subscription until you remove it. No need to change your plan.
