Rainwood Visuals LLC, operating as StreamIt.Church, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and process personal data in connection with our platform. It applies to churches ("Church") and church members ("Church Members").
Name, email, phone; church name, location, religious affiliation; billing address and payment information; login credentials.
Member names, email addresses, phone numbers; member preferences; membership status.
Your Church uploads video content which we store and host to deliver to your members.
Videos watched and viewing duration; device type, browser, OS; IP address and general location; timestamps and access frequency.
Payment data is collected by Stripe. StreamIt.Church does not store full credit card numbers. Stripe is PCI compliant.
We use collected information to: operate and improve the Platform; process payments; provide customer support; authenticate users; generate analytics; send transactional emails; comply with legal obligations; enhance security and prevent fraud.
We share billing information with Stripe to process subscription payments. See stripe.com/privacy.
We use AWS to host, store, and deliver video content.
We use Resend to send transactional emails.
We use AI1.business for CRM to track Church accounts and billing information.
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or government authority.
Your Church is the "data controller" of member information. StreamIt.Church acts as a "data processor." Your Church determines what member data to collect and how it is used. You are responsible for obtaining member consent.
For churches subject to GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations, we have data processing agreements available upon request.
While your subscription is active, we retain all data necessary to provide Platform services.
Upon cancellation, we retain data for 30 days for download/backup, then permanently delete it.
We may retain backup copies for an additional 90 days for disaster recovery only.
We may retain data longer if required by applicable law.
We implement industry-standard security including: encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest; access controls and authentication; regular security audits; firewalls and intrusion detection. No system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
The Platform uses cookies for login sessions, preferences, and analytics. Most browsers allow cookie control through settings.
We use analytics tools to track Platform usage and video engagement.
You may opt out of analytics tracking through browser settings, though this may limit Platform functionality.
You may request access to personal information we hold.
You may request correction of inaccurate information.
You may request deletion of your data. We will delete your data within 30 days of cancellation.
You may request your data in a portable format (CSV, JSON).

If your Church or members are in the EU, you have GDPR rights including access, correction, deletion, and portability.
If your Church or members are in California, you have CCPA rights including the right to know, delete, and opt-out of data sales. StreamIt.Church does not sell personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes.
